After years inside packaging supply chains, I came to understand just how complex the process is. For brands, it's often like driving in the dark without headlights.
Back in my late twenties, I was making money by bridging the information asymmetry between brands and manufacturers. I solved complex design, production, and freight challenges simply because I enjoyed doing it. My job was to source packaging and make sure the entire process ran smoothly. My clients were happy because they never felt the friction. They never had to solve terminology puzzles or deal with the complexities on the way. Their packaging simply arrived at their doorstep, wherever they were.
I was living in Istanbul but travelling constantly between Hamburg, Amsterdam, London, Reykjavik, Paris, Marseille, and many other cities across Europe. I felt the pain, not because of the travel or the long working hours, but because I kept thinking there had to be a better way. Talking to clients, reaching out to suppliers, coordinating shipments with freight forwarders, and getting lost in specification files, spreadsheets, emails, and WhatsApp messages. I wanted to replace, or at least shift, some of this work into a more autonomous system so I could scale.
Over the years, I accumulated thousands of emails, packaging specifications, supplier quotations, negotiations, contracts, and freight bookings. I believed all of that knowledge should be used for something greater.
So I spent countless nights literally sleeping on the desk, building the backbone of Packpeer. The architecture came first: data models, taxonomies, workflow diagrams, and decision trees. Every reply, every flow, every scenario. It didn't happen overnight. Packpeer is the legacy of everything I lived over the years, doing the work manually, travelling through the veins of the supply chains, and experiencing every touchpoint firsthand.
After a decade of experience, almost two years of envision, and two weeks of development, Packpeer was born. At first, I wanted to solve my own business problems. Today, it has become the first E2E, autonomous, AI packaging agent built for every brand that needs packaging.
If you can free yourself into the hands of Packpeer and stay in the flow of how managing the packaging can be frictionless and autonomous, you can focus on what matters most: growing your business.
